With the theme “Innovative Communications in the AI era: Smart Strategies, Ethical Considerations and Challenges in Crisis Communication”, the conference focused on clarifying technological innovations in the new era; delving into corporate communication with new technology applications, new creative communication strategies, and business models that are shaping the future of the communications industry; ethical considerations, information security issues, privacy protection and challenges in crisis communications management.

The ICMC 2024-2025 conference, organized by Swinburne Vietnam, is scheduled for March 22, 2025, in Hanoi.

Presentation Requirements

Each author must send their paper and presentation to the Conference Organizing Committee through PORTAL or email address swinmedia@fe.edu.vn.

1. Paper Formatting Requirements:
- For scientific papers:
The length should be between 5,000 to 8,000 words, excluding references, tables, notes, acknowledgments, and footnotes.
- For general submissions (submissions for experts from businesses, articles with new solutions, and new initiatives from researchers): Papers should be between 1,000 to 2,000 words, excluding references, tables, notes, acknowledgments, and footnotes. The paper should be in the form of an article or presentation, outlining the issues, new ideas and related solutions, conclusions and recommendations related to the main issues of the conference.

All drafts must be submitted in Word format (doc or docx). Cover Page: The cover page should include the title and the name, affiliation, and biography of the author(s). Title: Bold, Times New Roman, font size 20 pt., capitalize each word, double-spaced, centered. Font: Times New Roman, font size 12 pt., double-spaced. Margins: One-inch margins on all sides of the document.

2. Slideshow Presentation Requirements:
File Format: PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or PDF.
Layout: Use a professional and clear presentation layout.
Slide Count: 15 - 20 slides.
The Conference Proceedings will be published as an e-book with an ISBN, jointly released by Swinburne Vietnam in collaboration with a publishing partner.
Academic papers will undergo double peer review and have the opportunity to be published in prestigious specialized scientific journals.
